ISO 9000 Course Description

4 Day Course

This four-day RABQSA-Certified course uses the ISO 9001:2008 Standard and the ISO 19011 Auditing Guidelines to develop auditing skills. Emphasis is placed on quality auditing processes and the five clauses found in the ISO 9001:2008 Standard. The theory of auditing is applied to practical auditing system exercises in a workshop format.

Performance-based objectives

An understanding and working knowledge of the lead quality auditors responsibilities:

• How to develop and lead teams of auditors
• Know how to plan and conduct effective audits
• Know how to manage the audit process, including opening meetings, auditing, closing meetings, and preparation
• of the final report
• How to document non-conformances as a team
• Lead Auditor Certificate
