Course Description

This course covers the skills needed by operations staff to manage events in a heterogeneous computing environment using OMi. While the focus of the course is on the OMi skills needed by the operations staff, others who are interested in an introduction to OMi can also benefit. This course covers specific procedures necessary to own and act on events received by OMi.

Audience

This course is recommended for IT Operations team members responsible for managing IT infrastructure exceptions and events or anyone who needs an overview of the capabilities of Operations Manager i software.
