One Day Course Prerequisites:
Students enrolling in this class should have knowledge of a Windows operating system and a web browser, the student should complete the following Element K courses: Project Management Fundamentals: Parts 1 and 2 (online self-paced courses), or have equivalent knowledge. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007 applications would be helpful.
The following Element K courses, or equivalent knowledge, would be helpful but are not required: - Project Management Fundamentals
Performance-Based Objectives:Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to: - Use Project Web Access (PWA) to connect to the Project Server and alter the email notification settings.
- View task assignments using the My Tasks page, modify various view options, and print task information.
- Enter task progress, reject and delegate task assignments, create new task assignments, and self-assign existing project tasks.
- Work with status reports.
- Post and locate the risks, issues, and documents associated with a project.
- View and analyze project status using enterprise tools.

Viewing Project Status Within the Enterprise- Work in the Project Center
